ClassTag Rewards gives teachers the opportunity to claim physical items, like laminators, pencils, stickers. etc. that they can use in their classroom. Each item requires you to 'spend' a specific number of coins, shown below the reward item.
To claim an item on ClassTag Rewards, please follow these steps:
- Click the three lines on the upper left side.
2. Click "Rewards".
3. The Rewards page will show the list of items available and the coin amount. For this example, we'll choose the laminator.
4. Click "Redeem Product".
5. The next page will ask for your shipping information.
NOTE: If your class is connected to a school, it will automatically default to your school's address. If you'd like to ship the item to your school's address, please verify that the information is correct, and click the "Confirm" button. Ticking the box before "Save for Future" will save the address in your Account Settings > Shipping Info.
6. If you'd like to ship this to a different address, click the "Pick Address" drop-down menu.
7. Choose "Add new address".
8. Enter the new address and click the "Confirm" button. Ticking the box before "Save for Future" will save the new address in your Account Settings > Shipping Info.
9. The next page will show a confirmation that the item has been claimed. Click the "Finished" button.
10. An email will be sent to the teacher confirming that the item has been sent.
11. Once the order has been processed, another email will be sent with the details of the order, including the tracking information.
