Please follow the steps below if you do not know your password. If you can still log in and wish to change your password, please log in to your account and go to Account Settings following the instructions <a href="https://help.classtag.com/en/articles/2547150-how-do-i-customize-and-manage-my-account">here</a>.

1. Go to <a href="https://www.classtag.com/" rel="nofollow noopener noreferrer" target="_blank">ClassTag</a> and click Sign in.

2. Type your email address or mobile number and then click Continue.

4. Type your email address or mobile number again and then click Reset Password.

5. You will receive an email or SMS with instructions on how you can reset your password. Click on the link to reset your password.

5. Create a new password and click Change My Password.
