Our system detects and flags spam accounts that may clog our site, and verifying your email address will help us identify that you are a real, live person and are planning to use our site. 

When you sign up directly through ClassTag, you will receive an email similar to below with a button that you need to click on to validate your email address. 

If you didn’t receive an email, please check your spam or junk folders, or your Promotions tab (if you use Gmail). Sometimes, our emails get accidentally sent there. Please also make sure to unmark our email as a spam so you will continue to get email notifications from us.

If you still can’t find the email, please log in to your account to see the banner where it says “Resend email”. Click on it and check for the email. 

If all else fails, please send us an email at support@classtag.com so we can help you. You can also email us there if you accidentally mark a ClassTag email as spam and you want to ensure you hear from us moving forward.
