Who can see my calendar for Parent-Teacher conferences? Is it just me (the teacher), or can parents see my calendar, too?

When parents sign up for a slot on parent-teacher conference, they will be able to see the available slots and the list of parents who already signed up. Even if the parents can see the list, they won’t be able to do the following:

• Unassign other parent from a slot and assign themselves to the slot that was claimed by the other parent

• Sign up for another slot if they missed their schedule

• Print the parent-teacher conference schedule 

• See the list of parents who haven’t signed up yet

• Edit the details of the parent-teacher conference
