While ClassTag was designed for classrooms, you can still use ClassTag if your main goal is to improve communication between parents and youth/group leaders.
That being said, we currently only have a list of US schools in our database.

When setting up classes, you can select "Other" under the grades. This would allow you to not specify a grade level.
