After initially inviting parents/guardians to join the classroom, you can add additional contact information if they do not respond.
Please avoid sending a new invite using the new contact information to avoid duplicate profiles.
If the parent/guardian already joined the classroom and has a complete profile, adding the new contact information has to be done from their own Account Settings.
Please follow the steps below on how to add an email address or a mobile number to an existing profile invite.
1. Go to the Class Directory.
2. Search for the parent/guardian's profile.
3. If you see an email address or a phone number instead of their name, it means they haven't signed up yet. Click the email or phone number.
4. Click Edit.
5. Add either the missing contact information.
6. Click Save.
7. Click Resend invitation.
Please note that the invitation will be sent to both the email address and mobile number.
