ClassTag launched a new feature that will allow District Leaders to see the Activity Reports of each school and classroom that are part of the district. The School Activity Report and Classroom Activity Report provide the same information, but the former provides the list of schools and the latter provides that list of classrooms. This will be helpful in monitoring how active the schools and classrooms are in using ClassTag and how engaged the parents are.

The following information can be seen on each report:

Summary

  • At Risk %

  • Average Read Rate %

  • Average Engagement Rate %

  • Histogram or distribution of schools or classrooms

Table

  • Title - School Names or Classroom Names

  • At Risk Students - count of students whose parent contact status are No Contacts, Pending, Unreachable or Unresponsive

  • Read Rate - average ratio of families who have read a communication

  • Engagement Rate - average ratio of communications with at least one engagement (Events with Request Volunteers or Request Items, Volunteer Request, To Do Item and Parent-Teacher Conference)

NOTE: These reports are available for Connect customers only.
