How can I update the email address or phone number that I use on SchoolStatus Connect?

As a Parent on SchoolStatus Connect, you have full control of your account and are free to customize it based on your preferences.

The gear icon next to your name is now consolidated within a new Account Settings page.

This article will discuss how you can update your email address or phone number in the account or add a new credential if you only have one saved. Please follow the instructions below.

1. Click the drop down arrow beside your image icon to open the settings, click the gear icon to open the Account Settings

2. Click the 'Account Settings' under My Profile

The General Settings page will appear where you can update (edit or add) the credentials you’re using to log in on SchoolStatus Connect.

Changing your Email Address

1. Click “Email”.

2. Edit the email address and then click “Save”.

3. You will receive an email verification afterward, just click “Confirm my account.”

Changing your Mobile Number

1. Click “Mobile Phone.”

2. Edit the mobile phone number and click “Save.”

3. Once the mobile phone number is saved, a verification code will be sent to you via SMS. Enter the code and click “Verify”.

Adding your Email Address

If you have your mobile number already listed on your SchoolStatus Connect account and want to add your email address, please follow the steps below.

1. Click “Email”.

2. Add the email address and then click “Save”.

3. You will receive an email verification afterward, just click “Confirm my account.”

Adding your Mobile Number

If you have your email address already listed on your SchoolStatus Connect account and want to add your mobile number, please follow the steps below. Similar steps can be followed if you want to add your email address when your mobile number is already listed.

1. Click “Mobile Phone.”

2. Add your Mobile Phone number and click “Save.”

3. Once the mobile phone number is saved, a verification code will be sent to you via SMS. Enter the code and click “Verify”.

You’re all set! All contact information is saved!

NOTE: Home Phone field is for records keeping purposes only. The system cannot trigger notifications to “Home Phone” numbers at this time. If you want to receive SMS notifications, please make sure that you add them to the “Mobile Phone” field.
