Using a PC
1. Go to ClassTag.
2. Click the blue message bubble at the lower right corner.
3. Click “Send us a message.”
4. Type your message or question and click the send button.
5. You’ll receive a response from the team. You can ask follow-up questions if needed and when you’re done, click the blue button again to close the messenger.
Using the mobile app
