If a parent reports that he/she cannot log in on ClassTag, the best action to take here is to reset the password. Please ask the parents to go here to reset the password. 

Alternatively, if you’d like ClassTag to reset the parent’s password on his/her behalf, please send an email to support@classtag.com with the parent’s name and credential (email address or mobile number) with the preferred password to use.
