If a parent reports that he/she cannot log into ClassTag, the best action to take is to reset the password. Please ask the parent to go here to reset the password.
Alternatively, if you would like ClassTag to reset the parent’s password on his/her behalf, please send an email to support@classtag.com with the parent’s name and credential (email address or mobile number) with the preferred password to use.
