Student Attribute is a label you can attach to a student profile on ClassTag. This can be utilized to keep information about students' demographics, educational needs, and operational information such as bus routes, and other after-school activities.
As a School Staff, you can use Student Attributes to send an Announcement to a group of families with students labeled with the same attribute.
E.g. Bus Route 31's schedule will change and you need to let affected families know.
Please follow the steps below.
1. Go to the School's Directory tab.
2. Click Filter.
3. On the Student Attributes section, select Bus Route 31.
4. Click Show.
5. Put a check on Select x families.
6. Click Actions.
7. Click Announce.
That's it! 🙌
The Announcement is now sent to a specific group of families categorized by the student attributes.
